| Langdale, The Lake District. June 21st-28th 2008 |
| The lodge is situated in the grounds of the Langdale Hotel,close by the River. We enjoyed the company of Joan and Ted, along with Norah's Sister in law Doris. The weeks weather was definitely wet, so the walking was somewhat on the short side. As per usual Skelworth Bridge was walked,along with two other Tarns. Wednesday, a drive to Keswick to visit the butchers, a small leg of lamb, outstanding quality. Jig Saws from Barneys in Grassmere, three completed this week. |
